Not Taking New Clients

I have been privileged to walk alongside clients for over 35 years and have supported them in achieving goals related to healing from loss, family of origin wounds, anxiety, depression, career challenges, life transitions, and restoring broken relationships.

My therapy style is relational, interactive, and goal oriented.  I draw from various modalities such as CBT, communications theory, Gottman method, Emotionally Focused therapy, spiritual disciplines – personalized to each client’s needs.

I am a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator.  The P/E program for pre-engaged, pre-marital and marital enrichment includes a comprehensive online couple assessment along with feedback using skills-building exercises.

As a native San Franciscan and resident until a couple of years ago, I enjoyed living, studying, and working with people of diverse cultures and ethnic heritages.  This experience brings an added element ofknowledge and understanding to my work as a therapist.  In addition, I have been working with non-profit organizations in India for about 25 years. That experience has broadened my world culture perspective.

Pandemic Update: All sessions will be online for the foreseeable future.  The good news is that pandemic circumstances have enabled me to work online with clients with vision loss, couples and individuals who live at a distance, missionaries, and older couples who prefer not to travel and who are adjusting to retirement.
