Hi! I’m a thoughtful clinician who doesn’t want this to feel clinical. I value the walk of faith, fierce love, kindness, human dignity, respect, integrity, humility, social justice, and dear friends. I've also spent two decades humanizing healthcare across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. So, as a leader who has been in the thick of it, I know the health of your mind and spirit affects everyone you lead.
I am committed to trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive carefor people of all identities,
backgrounds and belief systems. I don’t make assumptions. I want to get to know you and why you’re actually here. We then figure out - together - what kind of therapy works for you.
Therapeutic Methods I Use:
- Narrative Therapy (certified practitioner)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Psychodynamic therapy
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Mindfulness
- Outdoor therapy in nature! (ecotherapy)
- If helpful: writing and music
I can guide you to shifts that could change how you relate to yourself and others. We may
address:
- anxiety + chronic stress
- imposter syndrome
- loss of faith and/or existential crisis
- relationship strain (parenting, divorce, dating, family issues, etc.)
- grief and loss
- workplace conflict or trust issues
- high-stakes pressure
- isolation + exhaustion
- inability to set or keep boundaries due to external expectations
- failure or setbacks
- inability to experience pleasure outside of work
- feeling misunderstood by loved ones
