It has been my privilege to be a therapist for over twenty-five years. I never tire of hearing people's stories and of helping them understand how their past experiences may continue to influence and shape life for them today.
I work with individuals and couples from many backgrounds, especially those who were abused, neglected, or misunderstood in their families of origin. I walk along with them as they deepen their understanding and appreciation of who they are and how they can more effectively live their lives and enrich their relationships.
Some of my clients struggle with depression, anxieties, compulsive eating, or sexual compulsions. Some are going through transitions that are painful or hard to navigate. Couples may come in for guidance before marriage or because they want their marriage to be more harmonious. People of faith sometimes want support and guidance in their spiritual journey.
Any struggle in your life is worthy of attention and should not be seen as trivial or unimportant. If you feel I can be of help to you, I welcome your call.
